We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We offer 30 days to return you item(s) after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have passed the day your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item(s) MUST be at the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
After we receive you item(s) and inspect it, We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Receiving your refund money time frame will vary depending on your financial institution.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), Any item returned not in its original condition, Damaged or missing parts.
Restocking Fee
Restocking fee will ONLY applied on Unused/Open box products that has been returned. Restocking fee will range between 5-15 percent depending on the item and its condition.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Item(s) over $50 should be shipped back with tracking number and insurance, We don't guarantee your shipment
